可公開的安全邊界

MiniCenter 自動保存 append-only Platform Audit，也可保存 Project Backend 提交的 constrained structured audit fact。Audit 支援調查與法遵，但不是 Project Backend 的業務紀錄、request body、credential vault、付款卡資料或文件內容副本。

Public documentation 只描述契約、責任與 account 自助流程；不發布 internal runbook、operator procedure、operational record、audit timeline 或任何真實 Platform Account data。

Privacy Request

已登入的 Platform Account 可建立與追蹤自己的 Privacy Request，包括 access、export、correction、deletion 與停止 optional processing。所有 account-specific 結果都受 Platform Session、ownership check 與必要的 recent authentication 保護，不會出現在公開 pages 或 search。

Project Backend 可透過具 audit:write scope 的 Project Credential 呼叫 constrained Project Audit submission contract。
