Usage Quotas & Administration

Client-scoped usage

MiniCenter 依 Project Client 與固定時間窗計量 api_traffic、storage_bytes、deliveries、events、scheduled_invocations、realtime_connections、payment_transactions 與 audit_retention。用量計量是 platform capacity control，不會建立 Project entitlement 或取代 Project Backend 的業務計費紀錄。

soft limit 會標記接近容量但不拒絕請求；hard limit 會拒絕超出容量的工作。未設定的 limit 代表該層不限制，不代表沒有 endpoint throttle 或其他安全限制。

Public boundary

Project Backend 應依公開的 limit response guide 處理 429。具有明確 quotas responsibility、environment 與 Project Client scope 的 Platform Operator，才可使用 quota management contract。

公開文件只描述 request、response、授權條件與穩定行為；不發布內部操作程序、使用者別營運資料、告警紀錄或緊急存取方法。
